A classic Marie Rose sauce recipe. Perfect for pairing with any seafood to add a piquant flavour with a super silky texture.

The default recipe serves 4 (around 2-3 tbsp each)

  • 125ml / 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • dash tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper

  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix well and serve as a sauce or dip with seafood dishes.

  1. You can use cayenne pepper instead of paprika if preferred.
  2. Full fat will give a creamier and richer result, but you can use light mayo if you are watching calories.
