Description
A classic Marie Rose sauce recipe. Perfect for pairing with any seafood to add a piquant flavour with a super silky texture.
The default recipe serves 4 (around 2-3 tbsp each)
Ingredients

- 125ml / 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- dash tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix well and serve as a sauce or dip with seafood dishes.
Notes
- You can use cayenne pepper instead of paprika if preferred.
- Full fat will give a creamier and richer result, but you can use light mayo if you are watching calories.
